Start by checking your available licenses located under the Usage Reports → Summary Reports. Click on any license type to view teachers/students assigned to it. You can also find PO information for any license type. You can manually assign teachers eBook licenses or create a faculty enrollment PIN for teachers to self assign. When adding a new user, do not use an email address moving forward. Choose one password to assign all of your users. They will be prompted to create a new password when they login.

For students, you can create a class enrollment PIN. This will allow students to self enroll in your class. Or you could upload a .csv file to enroll all students at once. You will need a first, last name, and an email for each student. In addition, there is an ‘Add Student’ button to manually assign new students to your classes.
